Interior detail with added work

One job. Connected records.

  1. Service description and price
  2. Job photos and notes
  3. Approval for added work
  4. Deposit and remaining balance

Keep the agreed service clear.

Describe the service

Write the work and price into the estimate. Reuse descriptions from earlier jobs, then edit them for the vehicle and service.

Write a service estimate

Get approval for changes

If the customer asks for more work, revise the estimate. The customer reviews the details through a mobile-friendly link and makes a new decision.

Customer approval

Keep the deposit with the balance

Convert approved work to an invoice. Record the deposit and later payments, then see what remains due and provide a receipt.

What Brinlo covers

Fixed-location and mobile businesses

Brinlo keeps estimates, customer decisions, invoices, and payment records together for either business. It does not provide route planning, automatic dispatch, or offline field-service tools.

Appointments and repeat visits

Staff manage appointments in an internal calendar. Online customer booking, appointment reminders, memberships, and recurring billing are not included.

Photos and customer acknowledgment

Job photos and notes support customer review. They are not a dedicated signed condition report or damage waiver. Approval of service work is distinct from acknowledgment of existing damage.

Keep the work and the customer decision together.

Write the estimate, get approval, and keep the invoice and balance with the job.
