# Estimates and invoices for tire shops.

Write tire and installation work into one estimate. Get the customer's decision and carry approved work into the invoice without retyping.

[See how it works](#feature-workflow)

## Tire replacement and installation

One job. Connected records.

1. Tire descriptions and prices
2. Installation labor
3. Customer decision
4. Invoice and payment record

## From the tire quote to the invoice.

### Write the tire and service lines

Enter the tire details and prices you have checked in your own sources. Add the installation labor and other work to be quoted.

### Keep changes visible

Let the customer approve or decline individual jobs. If the tire choice or work changes, send the revised estimate for reapproval.

### Invoice the agreed work

Convert approved work to an invoice. Record deposits and partial payments, then check the remaining balance.

## What Brinlo covers

Tire fitment and stock

Use your existing tools to verify fitment, check stock, and order tires. Brinlo does not include a tire catalog, fitment lookup, stock reservations, or inventory purchasing.

Tire registration

Keep your tire registration process outside Brinlo. A description on an estimate does not register a tire with its manufacturer.

Dedicated tire shops

Brinlo handles the customer estimate, approval, and invoice records. It is not a replacement for a dedicated tire inventory, supplier, or registration system.

## Keep the work and the customer decision together.

Write the estimate, get approval, and keep the invoice and balance with the job.
